Individual Counseling

Individual therapy is a collaborative space to slow things down, make sense of what has been weighing on you, and find ways to move forward that actually feel sustainable.  Whether you are feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer work, therapy offers support that is practical, personalized, and grounded in your real life.

What therapy looks like:

Therapy sessions are tailored to your needs and paced intentionally.  We will focus on understanding patterns, building awareness, and developing tools that fit your individual experience.  Sessions are supportive and structured, with room for reflection, skill-building, and problem-solving.


My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and a strengths-based collaborative perspective, while remaining flexible and responsive to what you need in the moment.

  • High-functioning women experiencing burnout, anxiety, or chronic stress
  • Individuals who struggle with focus, procrastination, executive functioning, or follow-through and wonder if ADHD may be a factor

You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear plan to begin, just a gut feeling that something isn’t working the way you would like.

  • Session length: 50 minutes
  • Format: Telehealth only 
  • Availability: Limited evening and weekend sessions available
  • Fees:

                          Initial intake/assessment: $130 (90mins)

                          Ongoing sessions: $100


Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include:  Self Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  Insurance Accepted: Optum only.
