Because starting therapy often comes with a few questions.
Getting started is simple. You can begin by completing the “Get Started” form on my website. From there, I will review your information and follow up with next steps, including scheduling and paperwork if we decide to move forward.
Gentle reminder: Submitting the form does not commit you to therapy.
I currently offer telehealth-only sessions, which allows you to attend therapy from a private, comfortable space that works for you. All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform: Sessions Health.
I provide telehealth therapy to adults ages 18+ located in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina at the time of session.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about brings you in. We will review some background information, discuss your concerns, and begin identifying what you would like support with.
No. I do not provide formal ADHD evaluations or diagnoses. In Florida, ADHD testing is typically completed by a psychologist. I am happy to support clients navigating ADHD-related concerns or who already have a diagnosis.
Session fees, duration, and payment options are outlined on the Individual Therapy page. If you have questions after reviewing that information, you are welcome to reach out.
I am a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Some clients choose self-pay because it allows for greater privacy, flexibility in care, and fewer limitations around diagnosis or session focus.
If you have questions about payment or want to explore whether this is a good fit, please reach out.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 45–50 minutes unless otherwise discussed.
Most clients start with weekly sessions, though the frequency can be adjusted based on your goals and schedule. Some clients move to every other week as progress is made. We will decide together what works best for you.
Yes. Therapy is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions that will be reviewed during the intake process. Your privacy and trust are important parts of the work.
I do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
You can also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, available 24/7.
If you have a question that is not answered here, or you are ready to take the next step, you are welcome to reach out.
