My mission is to provide compassionate, supportive telehealth counseling for individuals who are ready to prioritize their wellbeing. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain clarity, cultivate actionable skills, and create meaningful change—empowering them to prioritize themselves without guilt and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
My counseling approach is intentional, collaborative, and centered on you. I integrate evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy within a person-centered, strengths-based framework. Therapy is a space to slow down, understand patterns, and build practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.
