At Happy Balanced You, Counseling & Consulting, LLC, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive telehealth counseling services to individuals struggling with their mental health. My goal is to empower clients to achieve their personal and wellness goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.
My counseling approach uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered, strengths-based, and mindfulness practices to help clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.
